ICICI Home Finance Company (ICICI HFC), one of India's leading home finance companies, has achieved a significant milestone with the launch of its 200th branch in the country. Tuticorin branch is the 11th branch in the state of Tamil Nadu and 1st in the city. The opening of the new branch is a testament to ICICI HFC's commitment to providing home loan and LAP solutions to customers across India, including those in smaller towns and cities.
ICICI HFC has opened more than 40 branches in FY 2023 and ends the year with more than 200 branches across India by March 2023.The company has the capability to process Home Loan and LAP applications across wide range of profiles and properties. Tuticorin is an important hub because it is a port city and a major logistics and coastal employment centre in the state. The city is also being promoted for tourism activity as it is closely connected to Tirunelveli, Tenkasi, and Kanyakumari. This gives a major boost to employment for locals and has created a stronger demand for affordable housing.
