Mahindra Tractors ramps-up production of OJA 2130 tractor series



Mahindra Tractors, part of the Mahindra Group and India’s No.1 tractor brand is gearing up to ramp-up production of the OJA 2130 series, based on its future-ready range of OJA tractors. The OJA 2130 series is offered as the OJA 2130 – PROJA, the OJA 2130 Large Tyre (with 9.5x18 tyres) and the OJA 2130 Narrow Track with FR (Forward + Reverse) Shuttle in the 30 HP category.

With the OJA 2130 series, Mahindra aims to deliver advanced technology, superior performance, and versatile solutions to deliver dependable tractor performance for a wide range of applications related to horticulture, vineyard, intercultural farming, sugarcane and cotton while meeting the evolving needs of progressive farmers.

Underpinned by strong core technologies, the OJA platform significantly enhances performance and overall user experience. With a best-in-class power-to-weight ratio, the OJA 2130 series delivers higher power and agility, for diverse farming operations. Standard 4WD ensures traction and productivity in varying terrains.

At the heart of new OJA tractor series is an advanced and powerful three-cylinder DI engine, delivering 83.7 Nm torque, with high back-up torque, while also delivering excellent fuel economy and lugging ability.

The new OJA tractor series boasts several key advantages that elevates its performance and user experience. These tractors feature best-in-class turning radius and ground clearance making them highly manoeuvrable even in tight spaces.

Features such as electronic draft and depth control (EDDC), and a lift capacity of 950 kg at hitch point ensures that the new OJA tractors deliver strength and precision for multiple farming tasks, offering farmers both versatility and efficiency. Industry-first automation controls bring added precision and ease of use.

In addition, the platform has been thoughtfully designed for operator comfort, featuring industry first tilt and telescopic steering, side-shift controls. The OJA range also delivers cost-effectiveness through reduced operational expenses per crop cycle and lower maintenance costs over time.
