Madurai Downtown Rotary club conducted Blood Donation Camp

 On the occasion of 15th August Indian Independence Day, a Blood Donation Camp was held at Madurai Rajaji Government Hospital on behalf of Madurai Down Town Rotary club. It is noteworthy that this event has been conducted by this association for 35 consecutive years.

As per the release, Madurai South, Madurai North West, Madurai Mallikai, Madurai Presidency and Madurai Royal rotary clubs participated in this event along with Madurai Downtown. 63 donors donated blood this year. 

Subsequently, the official visit of the Governor of Madurai Rotary District 3000 was held at the Madurai DownTown Association. Governor Ananda Jyoti participated in the event. The arrangements were made by association president Jayakiran Jain and secretary Thirumalaiappan.
