STIHL Kashmir to Kanyakumari Parivartan Yatra, a monumental journey aimed at revolutionizing Indian agriculture through farm mechanization, concluded today with a grand ceremony in Hotel Sea View, Kanyakumari. This initiative, spearheaded by STIHL India, covered thousands of kilometers, engaging farmers, agricultural experts, and policymakers to bring improved farming practices and farm mechanization to the forefront.
The Yatra began in Srinagar, Kashmir on 21st August 2024 and traveled through key agricultural hubs across India, concluding in Kanyakumari. It focuses on empowering farmers by introducing cutting-edge tools and techniques designed to boost productivity and sustainability. Over 200000 farmers actively participated in workshops, live demonstrations, and interactive sessions held along the route.
Speaking at the conclusion ceremony, STIHL Representative Mr. Raghavendra PM - Sales Director, Mr. Pradumn Chaturvedi- Trade Marketing Manager and Sanjay Verma- South Regional Head -said, "The Parivartan Yatra is a testament to our commitment to driving positive change in the agricultural sector.
