Kenvue announced adual brand strategy with two brands-ORS and eRZL for complete hydration. This move solidifies the company’s leadership in India’s hydration category by offering innovative solutions to address both diarrheal and everyday hydration, as dehydration emerges as animportant public health concern.
With its “Double Power for Complete Hydration”brand strategy, the companyis set to provide consumers two scientifically backed hydration brands-ORSLand eRZL.
· ORSL : ORSLwill now become the brand name of the company’s ORS portfolio based onWorld Health Organization (W.H.O) formulato address diarrhoeal dehydration. It is available in Ready-to-Drinkand Powder formats.
· eRZL: Effective January 2026, eRZL is the new brand name of its science-backed electrolyte drink portfolio(erstwhile ORSL electrolyte drinks portfolio) for everyday hydration and recovery for tiredness and exhaustion.
To further its commitment to provideconsumers with science-backed hydration solutions, the company launches eRZL with a New & Improved composition. eRZL provides faster hydration compared to waterwith 1.4X more electrolytes and8X lesssugarcompared to the previous compositionand acts as an adjuvant when feeling depleted during mild to moderatedehydration in conditions such asheat exhaustion, muscle cramps etc or feeling low due to tiredness and weakness.
