O by Tamara has relaunched High Dive with a refreshed food and beverage concept inspired by the evolving tastes and social habits of Coimbatore's diners. Inspired by the timeless appeal of classic eras, the new High Dive draws on the music, culture and social spirit that have long brought people together capturing the essence of nostalgia and reinterpreting it for today's audience.
Highlights include a food menu rooted in the philosophy of ‘Global Kitchen, Local Soul’, a reimagined cocktail programme and a curated calendar of experiences, creating a vibrant setting for everything from casual catch-ups to weekend celebrations.
Combining internationally loved comfort food with the flavours, spices and seasonal ingredients familiar to Tamil Nadu diners, the menu balances comfort with discovery. Designed around Coimbatore's love for shared meals, family gatherings and leisurely evenings, it offers a thoughtful selection that makes High Dive a destination for both dining and socialising. Standout creations include the Karuv'Oppilai Butter Garlic Prawns, Chettinad Spiced Lotus Stems, Kurumilagu Kozhi Pizza and the Aachi Meen Kuzhambu Bowl among others.

Complementing the culinary offering is a refreshed beverage programme led by the signature 'Dive Deep' cocktail collection.
